What do you do when you know your team or industry will be eliminated?
We had a hard but real conversation at the consulting firm Social Impact, sharing insights on how to successfully navigate a career transition. Career shifts are more than just landing a new role– they’re about purpose, self-discovery, and community (and of course, paying the bills).
In the presentation, I suggested these actions:
1️⃣ Plan the best NEXT move only.
2️⃣ Reach out to people in industries that interest you.
3️⃣ Don’t go on this journey alone. Lean into your community.
